This Privacy Policy explains how STSH LLC (“STSH,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) handles information collected through getstsh.com.
This policy currently applies only to the STSH website and early-access list. The STSH mobile application is not yet publicly available. We will update this policy before the application launches to explain the application’s data practices.
1. Information We Collect
Information you provide
When you join the STSH early-access list, we collect the email address you submit.
If you contact us, we receive your email address, the contents of your message, and any other information you choose to provide.
Information processed automatically
Our website is hosted by Framer. When you visit the website, Framer and its hosting providers may process standard technical information such as your IP address, browser and device information, requested pages, referring source, timestamps, and security or diagnostic information.
Framer also provides aggregate website analytics, such as page views, general traffic sources, device categories, countries, and estimated daily visitor counts. According to Framer, its built-in analytics do not use cookies or persistent identifiers to identify individual visitors.
We have not added Google Analytics, advertising pixels, cross-site trackers, or advertising networks to the website.
2. How We Use Information
We use information collected through the website to:
Administer the STSH early-access list
Send requested product, testing, availability, and launch updates
Respond to questions and support requests
Operate, secure, maintain, and troubleshoot the website
Prevent spam, fraud, abuse, and other harmful activity
Comply with legal obligations and protect our rights
We do not use website information to build advertising profiles or target advertisements.
3. How We Share Information
We share information only as needed to operate the website, administer the early-access list, communicate with you, comply with law, and protect STSH and others.
Our current service providers include:
Framer, which hosts the website, processes form submissions, provides basic anti-spam protection, and provides aggregate website analytics
Google, which provides our email service and stores form-notification emails after Framer delivers them to our inbox
Infrastructure providers used by Framer and Google to operate their services
We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect rights or safety, in connection with a business transaction, or with your direction or consent.
4. No Sale or Targeted Advertising
We do not sell personal information. We have not sold or shared personal information in the preceding 12 months.
We do not share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising or targeted advertising. The website does not currently contain third-party advertising.
5. Email Communications
By joining the early-access list, you agree to receive occasional STSH product, testing, availability, and launch updates.
You may withdraw your consent or ask to be removed at any time by emailing support@getstsh.com. Marketing emails will include appropriate opt-out instructions.
We may retain limited information necessary to record and honor an opt-out request.
6. Retention and Your Choices
We keep early-access information for as long as reasonably necessary to administer the list, provide requested updates, meet legal obligations, and protect our rights.
You may ask us to access, correct, or delete information you submitted, or remove you from early-access communications, by emailing support@getstsh.com.
We may need to verify your identity before completing a request. We will respond as required by applicable law. Certain information may be retained when reasonably necessary for legal, security, fraud-prevention, backup, or opt-out-compliance purposes.
Depending on where you live, you may have additional privacy rights under applicable law. We will not discriminate against you for exercising an applicable privacy right.
7. Age Requirement
The STSH website and early-access list are intended for adults aged 18 and older.
You must be at least 18 years old to join the early-access list. We do not knowingly collect personal information through this website from anyone under 18.
If you believe someone under 18 submitted information, contact support@getstsh.com so we can review and delete it as appropriate.
8. Security and International Processing
We use reasonable measures designed to protect information collected through the website. The website uses HTTPS to protect information during transmission. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
STSH LLC is located in the United States. Our service providers may process information in the United States and other countries, which may have different privacy laws from where you live.
9. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy as our website, services, or legal obligations change.
When we update it, we will revise the Effective Date. If a material change affects information already collected, we will provide additional notice or obtain consent when required by law.
We will update this policy before the STSH mobile application becomes publicly available.
