These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of getstsh.com and the STSH early-access list. The website is operated by STSH LLC (“STSH,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
By using the website or joining the early-access list, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the website or submit information through it.
These Terms currently apply only to the STSH website and early-access list. The STSH mobile application is not yet publicly available. Separate or updated terms will apply before the application launches.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding agreement to use the website or join the early-access list.
You may not submit information on behalf of someone under 18.
2. Early-Access List
Joining the early-access list allows you to receive occasional information about STSH, including product, testing, availability, and launch updates.
Joining the list does not guarantee:
• Access to testing or prerelease versions
• Selection as a tester
• Access by a particular date
• Continued availability of any feature or opportunity
• Any payment, gift, reward, or other benefit
You may ask to be removed from the list at any time by emailing support@getstsh.com.
3. Acceptable Use
You may use the website only for lawful purposes.
You may not:
• Interfere with the website’s operation or security
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the website or related systems
• Submit false, fraudulent, abusive, or automated information
• Use bots, scraping tools, or automated systems in a way that burdens or disrupts the website
• Introduce malicious code or harmful material
• Misuse the website to violate another person’s rights
• Copy or use website content except as permitted by law
We may restrict or block access when reasonably necessary to protect the website, STSH, or others.

Do not submit confidential information through general feedback or support communications.

STSH remains in development. Features, designs, availability, timing, and other details may change. Website content is not a promise that any particular feature, product, release, or opportunity will become available.
We may update, suspend, restrict, or discontinue any part of the website or early-access list at any time.

We do not control third-party services and are not responsible for their content, availability, security, or privacy practices. Your use of a third-party service is governed by that provider’s terms and policies.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, STSH LLC and its officers, members, employees, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from or related to the website or early-access list.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, STSH’s total liability for any claim relating to the website or early-access list will not exceed $100.
These limitations do not apply where prohibited by law.

11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Hampshire, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
Any dispute relating to these Terms or the website will be brought in an appropriate state or federal court located in New Hampshire, unless applicable law requires otherwise.

We may update these Terms as the website, our services, or applicable requirements change.
When we update them, we will revise the Effective Date. If a material change affects people already on the early-access list, we will provide additional notice when required by law.
We will update or replace these Terms before the STSH mobile application becomes publicly available.

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect.
Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of our right to enforce it later.
You may not transfer your rights under these Terms without our written permission. We may transfer these Terms in connection with a merger, financing, acquisition, reorganization, or sale of assets.
These Terms and the Privacy Policy constitute the entire agreement between you and STSH concerning the website and early-access list.
